My biggest unknown at this time is finding a trustworthy and affordable contractor to work with.

I've interviewed with multiple companies and several investors, but none of them seemed to be trustworthy.  

I think if you have a trustworthy property management company and the numbers work - do it.Growing big in business requires delegation.

So, basically, don't put the onus on others to be completely trustworthy when their whole world has started to crash and burn - do your own research on the status of the property and here's hoping that you'll be able to help your contact out..

I never flip- flipping is a full time job that delivers close to zero tax write offs and zero passive income and it's risky if you don't know a market first hand and have a trustworthy construction/rehab team in place.
