My question is, for those that are familiar with Rent Redi, are the instructions to confusing for most people to follow and fill out the prequalification form and I should simplify the process, or should I consider the instructions of the prequalification form a way to weed people out and if someone isn't willing to follow through with those steps I should consider that in the type of tenant they well be?

It's a bit burdensome and can make many sellers of such properties nervous since they often don't want to tell their tenants they're selling in case the deal falls through. 

Another way is by networking with property owners directly, such as through direct mail campaigns (trying checking Corefact)

Because you own an interest in the property, can you short sale it to another LLC, through working with the bank?  

Nevertheless, my question is the following: How do I run a proforma correctly so that from a distance I can run numbers and know I have an educated source calculated to make a deal happen and not fall through.

I am unsure if I could purchase a property through an LLC/SL based in Spain and what would be the taxation using this system.

I graduated college may of 2024 and was only working part time through college not making enough to be lendable obviously.
