A hairdresser, massage therapist, and a couple who made counters and furniture from rough cut slabs of wood.Our space is 24,000 sq feet with 4 separate wings and a 2000 sq foot commercial kitchen.  

One tenant is a stand alone therapist that has an indoor therapy pool, the other is a podiatrist that is part of a large group and corp guaranteed lease.

It would probably be pretty easy to find a human doctor to sign off on it, since they don't want the legal hassle either of denying the owners claim that the pet offers them some form of emotional support that can't be provenIf it was required that some specific professional (i.e therapist etc) actually assess the owner and the pet and only then sign off, it would be pretty straight forward....but that's not the case

Currently, I am a licensed mental health therapist- so a very different field.
