I'm honestly terrified to do this real estate investing so really...

Most jurisdictions are terrified of this kind of development because they can't figure out how to differentiate it from a mobile home park. 

I have my financing in order, I'm incorporated, I have an attorney, and I have great mentors, but i'm terrified that they won't give me the time of day.

Develop a budget as well as daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals and plan out how to get there (budget will be developed by tomorrow, the 14th, goals list also by EOD on the 14th.)Step 1 is done with this post, though it terrifies me to post on a national forum (even as I type this out my mind is screaming at me that people will make fun or think that I am weird or a flake), it is my first step and I am now invested and dedicated.

I've had nothing but good experience and as I said previously I'm VERY thankful and feel very fortunately Blessed f ol r this program, as I have since had 2 other kids who as well have been born with different disabilities though nothing nearly as terrifying as my Now 18yr old son had gone through, Thank God!!

Users are terrified to share their experiences when companies threaten to sue them for exercising their free speech. 

Everyone is terrified of it, but in reality, it’s only a problem is not installed/maintained correctly.

I know that sounds terrifying and irresponsible to folks on here but it’s not always necessary and just extra cost and time for no gain .
