The furniture and furnishing would probably be considered higher end stuff, but at the end of 2.5 hours, we had furnished the entire cabin to include 3 televisions with install for $28 dollars over.

I had a hunch the whole time to keep and rent out since renters where drastically looking for nice places to rent.It took the bank over 2 years to foreclose on the property.I look back now and realized the money I loss being scared.I heard Trump say back in 2007 on television, to never give up real estate.Now I know I should’ve applied the strategy I had back then and would most likely still own that property and enjoying at least an $800 a month cash flow.So I’m back to real estate investing and this time in pursuit to do great things and not be scared.
