The furniture and furnishing would probably be considered higher end stuff, but at the end of 2.5 hours, we had furnished the entire cabin to include 3 televisions with install for $28 dollars over.  

And, then call your local city counsel person, local television station, and even code enforcement (grocery store's "trash" is coming on your property).  

That is decades of sitting in front of a television and nodding along with commercials and product placements that convince you that you are what you drive, that it's not just a wheeled and powered box to get you from Point A to Point B, oh no, it's something that defines you.

Now building a new home, that can put a strain on a marriage. lol.Every single "reality show" on television isn't.

Can we install televisions on the walls? 

I had a hunch the whole time to keep and rent out since renters where drastically looking for nice places to rent.It took the bank over 2 years to foreclose on the property.I look back now and realized the money I loss being scared.I heard Trump say back in 2007 on television, to never give up real estate.Now I know I should’ve applied the strategy I had back then and would most likely still own that property and enjoying at least an $800 a month cash flow.So I’m back to real estate investing and this time in pursuit to do great things and not be scared.
