I am a very visual person and I don't feel confident enough to do something on my own without first seeing it done by someone, so with that in mind I hope to be able to find a mentor that would be willing to teach me the ropes, I don't even care if I put deals together where my mentor would reap the benefits as long as I learn along the way.Any suggestions where I may be able to find such a mentor to help me get started would be really appreciated, and I do hope to continue to learn more from this community as I have found it to be the most substantial fountain of information on this subject anywhere.

I haven't been here long myself, but it's already been a flowing fountain of information.

I think there are some really great opportunities in Center Township based on proximity to downtown Indy and other neighborhoods such as Fountain Square.  

Until you prove yourself as a money maker for the agent don't just expect them to take your word of being a fountain of continual revenue for them as the truth.

Its like the fountain of youth, you get in that thing and feel 25 again.

To say that Fountain Square is low end and Lawrence is high end makes me laugh..

Oh and I think I missed the biggest part, they are expensive.Now don't get me wrong these are all fine systems and they can truely help you but they aren't the magic bullet that they claim it to be and you wont be sipping from the magic fountain of fortune if you spend the money on it.I started to use a free system call Podio (Now they do have a paid version as well with better workflows and reporting if you need it).

So I have 2 SFR one in Irvine and one in Fountain Valley.
