After a couple strokes of good luck, I suddenly have 20-25k a month to save and potentially invest with for at least the next 2-3 years after living expenses are all taken care of.  

Just something about a 2 stroke race bike does it for me, I just had to sell my CR125 cuz of money problems. :( Reminds me:Next is my 2006 F250 turbo diesel king cab or extended cab whatever.

My mom's stroke last week expedited me finishing here.

Well like they say, different strokes for different folks.

You see, I am 60 years old and I had a brain anuerism and a stroke when I was 54 years old and it was totally not seen until just before that.  

Had a coworker that was losing home due to wife having a stroke and falling behind on their home.

The Seattle market, and in more broad strokes, the whole Puget Sound area, has been extremely difficult to cash-flow the past few years for investors. 

The owner needs to sell because she had a stroke and needs to move into assisted living (but still would like a 60+ day closing).  

Also, at one point I was intimidated but this guy, as I know people with his kind of money do usually get what they want, as they can just stroke a check and things get done, legal or not.
