From what I've read in the Wall Street Journal, Austin's push to increase zoning for multifamily developments seems to be making a real difference.

I looked up just the street name and found that address tied to Bongo Stays in complaints sent to the better business bureau site. 

@Long Wong my experience is that it doesn't have a huge impact on rent if the location is strong enough.I think it it is across the street from the football stadium or 20 bars then I think you can max out the rent regardless.If it's further away from "fun" then I would consider adding bathrooms.

It's a very street by street market, so it's tough to put a hard no on any particular neighborhood or zip code. 

If you are building from scratch, see if you can buy a corner lot to build a duplex that has one driveway/garage on one street and the other on the other street-they look more like a large single family home until you go around the corner. 

You will make more connections with homeowners when you say you live there and you know the blocks and streets around them.
