@John Bradley - Thanks a bunch for the mention.Hey @Ryan Reynebeau - I'd warn you that you need a good and reputable contractor regardless of the 203k loan or not lol but the 203k loan definitely comes with more paperwork and financial strains on contractors.

The inspector missed that there was a window pane that was entirely unsealed and that none of the smoke detectors had dates written on them and that 4 of the 7 (long story as to why there's 7--the fire code changed) were dead.

After we did the home inspection, the report had a few items that we would like the seller to address or give credit.The condo is 30+ years old and the windows are original - some do not open, some have bcome foggy, and all of them have lots the seal between the dual pane glass.

Account Closed is correct they were the sliding glass door to the deck which is more surprizing as they are double pane.
