So if you can stomach moving every year for 6 years while having 3 kids and one of you has a good job with maternity benefits of up to a year or some months anyway, you can have only one of you work but earn two incomes AND have kids.

Do you inspections, run comps, talk to your agent about everything, bring a contractor through, and most importantly run worst case scenario numbers....if that number is something you can stomach then you are good to go.

The only reason it is not a B house is it is a 1972 house so it has fixtures and molding from the 70's but it is in good shape and the area is appreciating at about 3.4% per year.We have looked at cheaper properties but just can't stomach the neighborhoods.
