The money is great, but the feeling I get when I see my commissions dwindle due to taxes after all my hard work selling complex products, I get sick to my stomach.

So if you can stomach moving every year for 6 years while having 3 kids and one of you has a good job with maternity benefits of up to a year or some months anyway, you can have only one of you work but earn two incomes AND have kids. 

Do NOT rely on them"  I got sick to my stomach but I think I am good.

We finally crawled under the house where Bill lay on his back cutting the drain pipe to replace sections and I lay on my stomach with a pan to catch any gunk coming out on him.  

Do you inspections, run comps, talk to your agent about everything, bring a contractor through, and most importantly run worst case scenario numbers....if that number is something you can stomach then you are good to go. 

Go work out, pray, meditate, whatever it takes to relax a bit and not have a knot in your stomach.

The only reason it is not a B house is it is a 1972 house so it has fixtures and molding from the 70's but it is in good shape and the area is appreciating at about 3.4% per year.We have looked at cheaper properties but just can't stomach the neighborhoods. 

if your off shore and not in the US... its a legal problem in your country ... not many US folks have the stomach for international litigation...
