As far as sticky issues.... all I can think of for now are  mold, mildew, and unusual odors that might be present.

My business partner has a hypothesis that spending extra money to build an abundance of storage space into a rental unit will keep tenants "sticky".

I should add, it's a bit sticky as my up line is one of my best friends and I'm one of her largest legs.
