The omission is intentional resulting from Fossum’s lead role in a $20-million dollar promissory loan note fraud case filed by the SEC ( Link ), which resulted in a settlement barring Fossum from engaging in similar activities, such as his role with Norada Capital Management ( Link ).The case, filed by the SEC in December 2017 and running for five years, alleges that from March 2011 to June 2016, Fossum raised over $20 million from more than 100 investors through unregistered securities offerings of three investment funds he owned and controlled: Accelerated Asset Group, Smart Money Secured Income Fund, and Turnkey Investment Fund.

They have their own payment platform (you could use Stripe... or GuestyPay), they have their own dynamic pricing (you could use PriceLabs... or GuestyPricing), they have their own smart locks (you could use RemoteLock... or GuestyLocks), etc.

I agree - it's a smart way to get into real estate—especially if you want to save on living costs and start building wealth.

@Erika Shiu House hacking with an STR is a smart strategy but ensures financial viability since your mortgage is over 50% of take-home pay.

But that should be a buying indicator for a smart investor as you can get some really good deals on the bigger ones.I actually saw a 5,000 sq ft cabin (maybe 10 years old) that sold for just under a million. 

I think giving a couple of options, if doable, is always smart.
