If things goes the way I anticipate, Austin will be probably my 3rd largest position in size but primary financial position.

I usually can pickup Spa Sensations/Zinus 12 in Ultima King size for around $275 every few months when Walmart logrithms mark them down. 

There are many more projects in Tulum than in Playa del Carmen, even though Playa del Carmen is 10 times the size of Tulum.

What I do for my units with shared meters is I charge 50% flat to each tenant which prevents waste I get no issues with any waste due to this but the ones that share electric bills do get many complaints due to the size of the bill.
