while we are on the subject of homepath, at the risk of sidetracking the original subject, does FNMA require a new offer to be entered for each "round" of selection?

My initial plan was to start investing but I got side tracked after calling the bank and here is why-  bank said1.

Then I started a different type of small business and got sidetracked.

Don't mean to get side tracked here, but I thought I was dedicated staying up late for research purposes.

Run the other way.Figure out your criteria, and don't get side-tracked by any cute looking, sweet tenants who don't meet it.  

I was on BP several years ago, but got sidetracked with other things and didn't get back on until late last year.

Some of us others get side tracked and only get involved on a really regular basis when they are actively trying to learn or are in the process of buying, renovating, flipping etc.I love your enthusiasm and hope to meet you in person soon at a local REIA meeting.

Now I use a checklist, so I don't get sidetracked.
