I'm looking at MFH $450k and up in the Ohio markets (Dayton, Cleveland and Columbus).Cash:- Higher CoC returns- No risk to being having negative cash flow with a loan (excluding capex)- Buying/negotiating power with speed of transaction - No interest payments- No risk of foreclosureFinanced:- Possible exponential equity growth - Growth of initial investment is leveraged ~4x and most likely beat inflation in a decent area- Mortgage interest tax deductions - Better financial efficiency from more doors- Better diversification across more properties Are there other considerations I'm missing? 

Not sure if I would want one in an STR though with so many parts, not knowing how to use it, potential for mess etcI have an automatic machine that grinds the coffee, packs and dispenses.

Tenant screening often seems to get overlooked because landlords know the income is automatic, but the problem becomes the repairs and maintenance.

Supercharger system is far and away best system out there.. there is no POS charge system its on your credit card and automatically billed.. my first 3 Teslas were grandfathered in and I NEVER paid to charge however all the early buyers still get the free charging.

Not sure if Eddie Speed is still around and teaching out of Dallas, but I used to hear him speak years ago and he seemed like he is/was an expert.
