Had I told her I was purchasing the property myself.....this could have sank or ruined the deal.Instead, she literally said (she' an old woman) "Good for you, I'm getting the price I wanted, without having to do anything to the property.

I can't afford this and everything I worked hard for will now be ruined.

Then to make matters worse, she went on a work trip and when she returned the water heater busted and had a small leak that ended up flooding the pantry and kitchen which ruined the flooring.

I would love it if the metal scrappers would stop buying small amounts of copper.. that right there causes a lot of harm to landlordssome of these ya hoos  will snip a 8 inch section of copper tubing .. there by ruining your system to get 1 dollars worth of copper.. and cost us 1500 to 2k..
