I also use the CRMs built in email to send out 8-10k emails spaced out through a couple of days.

U invest in the fund and there is no debt ahead of you you own the debt free and clear the only risk is they buy the wrong debt and the underlying collateral does not support the investment.. which is why you go with folks that have a lot of experience in the space and now how to value the collateral.

Then later as you grow older and no longer want to share your space you can just stop renting the other bedroom.

Its crunch space in case things go wrong.

If you are thinking of targeting travel nurses just know that most of the demand is in the 1-2 BR space.

It's a fairly unregulated space (charging grandma $750 to puts around for 3 hours, after moving the old box from the horizontal sensor, which was the only problem with the garage door to begin with), so some combination of carefully reading reviews (you have to actually read them to make sure it's not 200 fake reviews), and maybe not giving them the full contract all at once, is in order. 

My wife wanted to move somewhere with more space, so I jumped on the opportunity.
