This is getting too ridiculous.

For if you lay the foundation and are not able to finish it, everyone who sees it will ridicule you, saying, 'This person began to build and wasn't able to finish.  

We have some ridiculously productive oceanfront and waterfront luxury STR's here. 

Resell value will be ridiculous if held for a few years.

Most importantly: I want to not have to pay fees on the security deposit account because that would be ridiculous.2.

I also agree there are many fake lenders out there and many are easy to spot based on ridiculously low rates and wanting $ upfront.  

This is obviously a gross injustice, but what can a landlord do to protect themselves from a big potential problem if for some reason a tenant uses a ridiculous amount of water and then does not pay the water bill?

However, in your stated list I think there are some that I think are ridiculous and should not be included:- Document fee of $50- Rights to commission when selling- tenant lease renewal fee (tenants shouldn't have to pay to renew their lease)- none of the other admin fees specifically are totally crazy, but the total amount of them IS crazy to me- interest on trust accounts, that might not even be legal so check that, depends on the stateOne thing I will mention, that I think @Jay Hinrichs mentioned is there are some fees charged to residents that do make "sense".

This is absolutely ridiculous that no one has gotten back to them on this situation.

Ridiculous not to have that on every property at least.
