As for the lack of burnable material in the Palisades and other areas now, insurers will want to rebuild reserves and augment reserves for the next time, not to mention not exposing themselves to risk on this scale again.what I see happening is that the government will simply cut the Gordian Knot by using eminent domain to seize properties and redesign/rezone the whole area so that it's more defensible against natural- and human-caused catastrophe.

I believe you are not aware that the definition of "equity skimming" has been expanded since the great Federal Reserve debacle of 2008.  

To me it seems like a scam & these posts here confirm that.

.- Full time maintenance, reservations, cleaning staff- Additional marketing budgets and resources.This is a brief list but a good PM can make more revenue than you can and can offset their fee. 

Cat odor is far more problematic than a small dog, but I would check landlord references to confirm how they've maintained their last residence.

Do you have W-2 Income, 20% down, reserves, and a decent credit score?

Also keep reserves beyond your 30k for unexpected issues.

You may be able to confirm their most recent address through some online resources like whitepages.com or on their credit report and then look up the owner.
