I am religiously reading on BP and listening to Podcast.

Also, there is a good event company called Biznow that does local Q&A with industry leaders on a frequent basis.

(other folks simply want to see others as leaders... that they can trust... without trust there is no money... with trust comes power...)

The main benefit of this is that you'll have a team leader sending you leads and (if they're a good team leader) teaching you how to convert.Lastly... once you're settled in at your brokerage, make sure to tell EVERYONE you know that you are Licensed Realtor!...

I've been using the Bigger Pockets calculator religious to tally up what is the highest I'm willing to pay. 

Not to make this into a religious conversation but if you are a Christian there are good options available.

We try to religiously stay with a max of 70% minus cost of repairs, but most people are having a pretty hard time acquiring such deals these days.
