Raise your prices on weekends and holidays, just check the comps in your area now and then for a baseline.

They offer some great financing during holidays too. 

I will look for a wildlife removal service in the morning after the holiday weekend.

In the past I have booked airbnbs for family holidays as more people are able to stay in one space and it provides a more intimate space. 

I asked for it to be addressed as soon as possible, but the landlord stated she would hopefully attend to it the next week, that the damage was already done and it could not be attended to over a holiday weekend.
