The best references I could find would be from the Federal Reserve Banks themselves.

BPOs are typically exterior only and agents usually earn $30 - 50 to complete them, so use them as a reference but not the deciding factor.                                                                                                                                                                     

For the truly ambitious, the right site could then be further developed (outsourced) as a "green cemetery," which I refer to as "selling $500 post holes" at a few thousand per acre.

When vetting contractors, check if they’re licensed and insured, ask for at least 3 references and call them, and get detailed written estimates and timelines.

If you find a PM that you like, ask if they have any Realtors they could refer you to that work closely with them.
