Well over the past couple months I wanted to explore other job opportunities with a recruiter just to see what else is out there and what the market would pay me.

The only thing that may be a pyramid scheme is how some of the agencies out there are more focused on recruiting agents, than writing new business.

Most of the Federal Law Enforcement agencies send their new recruits to FLETC for their qualifications; also do continuing education/training.

Whereas I think the next step up for my investment strategy will be in more diverse potentially out of state areas where I can recruit third party professional management rather than doing it all myself.  

You can also work on developing a reference program to recruit future tenants.
