I question if in low cost markets how feasible it is to achieve a value add 2 times the cost of the value add.BTW 2: where do you think Ohio ranks in terms of RE owned by investors? 

I know Fairbanks Alaska was ranked as the #1 place to invest in Air BnBs in the US via Air DNA. 

However, over time, I've learned that getting the SEO and other ranking factors to work right, you need someone who knows that well. 

They want to try listing the property without upgrades, or just minimal upgrades, and it soon plummets in the rankings.

We've ranked them all by Class A, B, C or D. 

Then gradually increase to beat the market.If that doesn’t happen, your listing will drop in the rankings and it becomes much harder to gain traction.

Once you find a general market, you can narrow your search further by looking at crime rates, school rankings, etc. 

I design affordable custom websites for small businesses, my designs specifically focus on getting the highest Google PageSpeed scores possible (example) which boosts their ability to rank in search engines and making sure their site includes at least 2 content silo pages that rank for specific keywords (ie "sell my house in Atlanta, GA").
