I think it's not worth paying a huge premium for that given that, indeed, people don't go to Tulum to stay in a condo and admire the aesthetics of it.

I was just informed by my lender that the minimum monthly premium he could find was $455/mo. 

It can feel like feature overload.

With the change, platforms started to emphasize more and more on pricing, unique features, accommodation, and availability over host qualities such as super host status or overall ratings.

I just a premium to offset the 15% commission they charge so I'm out of whack on prices with much of my competition.-  Setting up Booking.com was a pain in the butt but unlike others on here have said, I haven't had issues with them.  

It's not as highly requested as one may think for multiple reasons (we're building based on feature demand). 

Don't normally pay the premium price for John Deere, but wanted a dealer close by.Having trouble getting our new property rows plowed to plant trees. 

But yes it is risky, and that's why you pay a premium for it. 

As with any insurance you need to weigh the cost of doing the repair yourself vs the cost of the premium payments.
