Hi @Konstantinos Lembesis When Settling on a market develop some metrics that you can not only measure the market you are interested in but others that you havn't considered yet.

I'm going to try and see if any of the long term neighbors want to do it, lots of pre-gentrification folks still here who might be happy to.

With that said, San Francisco rental market it’s still a lot softer than it was before COVID.

Then they will start the process over.As for finding a market. 

It wouldn't hurt to set up time to meet with agents, property managers, lenders, and others while you’re visiting your markets of interst.

Technically, they’re not the same account, but they’re definitely all working together and I believe some of the answers were created by the original product provider themselves.Now, if it’s a back-and-forth service discussion and the questions are not being asked or answered by a pre-planed Conspiracy to openly market in a camouflage manner then that’s a different story in my opinion.

You have to know the market before you build a plan and I don't think this market supports your intended plan.
