If she immediately pays and addresses the issue, it's actually worth praising her for it in the review at a high level without going into detail.

It's simply a suggestion, but imagine how much they will praise you as their landlord to others and in a year when you have to raise rents, they will think back to the kind of landlord you are and be happy to pay so they can keep this relationship with you instead of going somewhere else, where they are treated like a burden.  

It's like praising Jeffrey Dahmer for his culinary skills.You need to get them out as soon as the law allows.

Praise their work!  

I have no affiliation with them but it's been a huge asset to my business so I have no problem singing praises on their behalf.

Current may praise her if they want her out.  

I frequently say that there are lots of different ways to make money in this business and if you read my posts, I have often praised @Ryan Mullin as an example of someone who does a good job and can be trusted in spite of the fact that we have very different models.

So while everybody praises the value of an Umbrella policy for real estate liability none of these same people has any real experience employing their policy.

If it is a good deal, I praise God for the idea.
