There’s also a lot of demand for these rentals, so filling vacancies usually isn't a problem, which means fewer months with no rent coming in.

I do not call them mentors, but at the end of the day, the role they fill is to provide advice based on their expertise and their knowledge of where we are in our business. 

Such as yard signs, lock box, MLS keys, showing appointment services, help in filling out contracts, and X hours of consulting advice. 

I’ve got 2 now from the original 80 that are actually supposedly filling out the application.
