Getting HO6 insurance and a decent priced master policy is an ongoing mess.Miami Beach is my vote for long term value.

The reality is a good real estate investor masters a number of strategies and let's the deal dictate the best path forward. 

Has anyone used the brand Master Spas?

I have posted before in Linked In that BRRR is not a great strategy since you have to master so many things.You have to buy the property right and at a low enough price and find the funding to do so.

Plumbers , electricians , HVAC , need time in the field under a master before they can be a journeyman and more years before they can sit for the test for their masters license .  

I am especially interested in learning to master the BRRRR method, but also ready and willing to use traditional methods to build my portfolio.

I live in a house with 3 bedrooms and i only use the master/master bath.

Generally (and Indiana may be different) the final meter install is done by the master plumber.
