Hey Jei,The general perspective is you really really need to be inside one year and one mile unless you simply can't find truly similar properties.

For those that rely on traditional methods and personal experience, I can understand this perspective.

Rentometer has avg rents at only $1067/mo so I'm also not sure about paying that much for such little rent for a long-term hold perspective when from what little research I've done you can get more elsewhere for the same buy price - maybe someone looking to park money for tax purposes or an all-cash deal hoping for a big upside? 

Bi-weekly system is changing ones financial perspective, mindset and reality.

I wouldn't think is is worthwhile as you have so many loans at low interest rates; just sell and move on.Are you asking from a tax perspective?
