It Just feels that way!!!

I haven't seen a lot of discussion about this topic which surprises me since I feel like personal finance people talk about HSAs all the time! 

Yes I have known it to work because the owner is not a push over, enforces policy and can make it run good......however, do you have the right personality to do this, AND if you move out can you continue to have the house run smoothly with no one in charge.  

It does make me feel more comfortable as I know the are well as a Real Estate Agent.

I specifically want to call out one of their Senior Accounts Associate, Charlotte Cunningham, who helped me through the process on my first purchase as I needed to buy a sizable amount of furniture quickly and she was able to help me make moves quickly...and didn't make me feel bad whatsoever when I pulled back a few items at the last minute I was able to find them cheaper elsewhere.

I have arranged for Servpro to take a look at the property in person to give me a quote for this job.

I think I can open another personal checking account at the bank I already have and it'll be under my name but i'm trying to buy out of state rentals with an LLC I own.

I do not personally use him based soley on the fact that the firm is virtual.

I want to start smart and scale up as I learn the ropes, but I’m personally struggling to narrow down which area to focus on.If you’ve done this before, what advice would you give someone like me?

The one who thinks that they are masters of the universe in EVERY area of life, has 30 different businesses, claims to be fit as a fiddle, with a life in perfect harmony, shows off huge toys, has 30 different businesses, including selling their time by the hour to provide coaching... this person is not running a real estate syndication business.
