Companies won’t agree to continue to lose money on their premiums.They have been denied here before - most major insurance providers (the State Farm’s, Allstate, etc) pulled out of the outer banks years ago.  

It is zoned as a farm land as of now.

I had farm use so could have put my cows and chickens in there and they would be responsible if the farm animals got loose.

After that, I would like to find maybe 2 or 3 acres, and turn that into a farm.

I have a personal umbrella and a commercial umbrella from State Farm.
