Please make sure all the bulb temperatures throughout the house are the same so that it feels inviting and cohesive from room to room. 

I have been looking at buying vacant land that my family and I could use as an outdoor/ rural getaway with the goal of building on that land in 5 years and make it a seasonal residence (vacation home).

I think it is just slow for a lot of people right now.I like the nighttime outdoor pictures, the outdoor spaces and games.I don't think I'd list an air matress as a primary sleeping place.

Zillow is perhaps one of the better gauges of rental market temperature because many PMs don't use the MLS to advertise rentals.

I believed the unit was freezing when an STR guest would turn the AC on with cool temperatures outside and locked out the thermostat range... which got me to this Feb when my electric bill tripled.
