I do a lot of boots on the ground stuff for different clients of mine who might need stuff like leasing, walkthroughs, contractor recommendations, but want to be more hands on with the managing of the property.

At Wells talk to the business development officer.A local credit union offered me a commercial credit line on an LLC.

There are at least two I found on a quick google search including Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association (CIREIA) and INDIANA REAL ESTATE INVESTORS ASSOCIATION.
