The fact that it sat at the wrong price for a month is your fault, but yes, that certainly is a fireable offense.

also do you think these letters can be a bit offensive to someone that just lost a loved one???

Paying off the 12k lien money is easy, but how can I take possession of the property or title if the front line person of the trust is nowhere to be found.

I googled their state, and apparently leaving the scene is a felony either when there is damage, or it's the 2nd offense.

I find it offensive.

No offense taken....But let me add a few points:A Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors, which adheres to a detailed Code of Ethics.

In the 'lease' part of the contract, spell out what happens if the payments are late.1) Payment is due the first of the month.2) Day 2 - Day 5 I'll need a cashier's check.3) Day 6 - Start boxing up your things...I have kids. you, mr. buyer, might have kids as well, but, no offense, I like my kids better than I like your kids.

In some cases all you are trying to do is be less offensive than the lender who is foreclosing.

Forgery on a contract is a serious offense.
