For schools, Omaha has an excellent public school system and has multiple counties with nationally ranked high-schools.

Close proximity to national parks is also nice. 

Leaning towards short term rentals to start then transitioning to long term for less stress over time.My goal is to have 'passive' income equal to double the national median salary.now my questions for yall.1. does all of the above make sense?

So far, my research shows a good mix of demographics, population, incomes, AND the crime stats seem pretty low... lower than the national average.Anyone investing in Appleton, WI and willing to share your thoughts/experience?   

Prior to these neighbors, the unit above was occupied, and we never experienced any problems.We’ve spoken to management multiple times, but they’ve been completely unhelpful and have taken no meaningful action and even told us that we are making the noise up, inspite security having been to our apartment numerous times wittnessing the noise. 

My son went to a top public university (was ranked in top 5 nationally) to get a German degree.

Where these numbers are found, there is a very high rate of rent actually being paid.We have over a dozen Fortune 500 companies just in Metro Detroit with huge Healthcare, Auto, and mortgage industry National footprints.
