Anything requiring court or judicial decisioning is extremely slow. 

For the next billing cycle they increased my charges by $500 and did not notify me of the upcoming charge.

REI investing for almost 20 years, owning a wealth management company for 22 years, suffice it to say there has been a lot go data/spreadsheeting/tax analysis/meeting with my team go into this overall decision to sell the entire portfolio at once.  

The PM should really cover the $250 mistake, but I would base my decision on my entire experience with them.

Both investors made the same decisions and bought similar deals. 

You want an accountant who can help you strategize and who is responsive when you want to know the consequences of the financial decisions you are making throughout the year.Good luck.

I requested a few days ago on several properties and am waiting on their decision.

To sum up what everyone is saying and what we do:- notify the tenant to call the police next time to file a noise complaint.- Send emails and texts to all tenants in the building reminding them of "quiet enjoyment" and respectful behavior to their neighbors.- Avoid being the mediator, judge, and jury

If you engage with them and seriously contemplate what they bring to the table, you will make a better decision in the end.And no one has tried to sell you a thing, just a bunch of real estate multimillionaires trying to help you, for free.

I'm looking at expanding into out of state and just trying to figure out what questions I should ask/data I should gather to make an informed decision!
