It's tight for bigger cars.

with normal appreciation in a growing market in 2-5 years there is enough equity to refi.  

But if this is the new normal, it could jeopardize our very business. 

We normally ask for a downpayment whenever we sign a contract for a remodel.

Your 3% rate likely helps you with cheap debt and without the need to chase high that normal rental rates.

They did not have major issues, just the normal things that come up over time if everything is not new already.

Get your credit cleaned up, ditch the car payment and find a side hustle to grow capital.
