I am looking to get a NH or Maine STR but haven't had any offers accepted yet as this market is nuts and it seems like out of state cash buyers are willing to pay WAY over asking price which makes a financed offer a non starter.

Well maybe some would... they are both the same relative cost (NG is cheaper but burns twice as fast), but LP burns absolutely clean while NG puts off emission gases.

I am Retired Army NG and I can say with both my companies, it opens the door being military but does not close the deal. 

We ended up getting a tankless NG after I converted our boiler to NG instead.All the major manufacturers make them.

We have a 199k btu NG unit in our primary home.

Hey Anh, unfortunately, a lot of the home search websites don't have that search function.
