Everyone i spoke to did not replace wire.just remember; all drywall 12 inches above flood line, cabinets, doors, flooring(tile should be fine), maybe the a/c equipment, window stools, baseboard, insulation, outlets (at least) and it took us 3 months with multiple fans and humidifiers running to get all the wood back to acceptable moisture content.

The flip is pretty minor, list of what is needed is: paint, floors, carpet, vanities in 2 bathrooms, replace counter tops with granite, appliance package, replace all ceiling fans, lights and fixtures, replace all outlets

The scratches/dents are typically on the sides or back due to damage during shipping from the manufacturer.Or, if the rental is not high-end you can get bottom of the barrel prices at the Appliance Recycling Outlet in Snohomish.

The APIs are not too tough to use, and I would recommend picking a handful where you'd get the highest value and trying to build out a small MVP that could do those for you.AdWords are also a decent outlet for your existing sites, but I imagine you've looked into that already and maybe even have it covered.
