@Joel Owens I find it ironic that we have the accredited investor rules for all the larger syndicators .. ( although risk profile of investing in rookie syndicator could be high as well :) ).So the person with 50 to 75k of total savings would not be accepted unless they made 250k a year for the last 3 years and had a 1 mil net worth exclusive of their home..

Ironically, platforms designed for real estate (Zillow, Apartments.com, Rentler, etc.) produce very few tenants for me, compared to FB Marketplace (and I also find a lot of their functionality to be user un-friendly, from the landlord side). ...you'd think that platforms custom-made for real estate would make the process a snap for landlords, but it takes me a lot longer to post and manage rental listings on Zillow or Rentler than it did on Craigslist.

My gut says you probably want/need separate policies for the different entities at the very least - the purpose of having them is to keep things separate in case of a lawsuit, so combining insurance would pierce the veil and allow someone to come after everything.
