I totally agree with @Thomas Guertin If you let him feel like he can push you around this time, he will just keep doing it. better to cut your losses and start over with your new and improved lease than to have a miserable situation in your home.Good luck and keep us posted.

I'd get premium rent for it.If the tenants are moving out, either the landlord is not screening well, or, much more likely, there is a miserable neighbor that no one can get along with (probably the woman you talked to, she's sounds like she's good and crazy).I rented an 800 year old house in England that ws haunted, and I was all full of hope that I would actually see a ghost, but I was there for 3 years and nothing happened, other than some creaking with the wind.

I saw this article on Yahoo and thought it was pretty interesting…It is a list of… “America's Most Miserable Cities”… http://promo.realestate.yahoo.com/americas-most-miserable-cities.htmlIf you click at the bottom of the article on" In Pictures: America's Most Miserable Cities" it will take you to the Forbes website and give more details like… Commute times, Income tax rates, Superfund sites, Unemployment, Violent crimes, Weather, and the Misery Measure… (I didn’t know such a thing existed!)
