Where in North City did you buy this house? 

It's not the best setup nor the best part of town, but you can make it work.

There are new construction homes about 2-3 miles away going for 190-200,000 but I think they may be a bit larger than what I am building.

The challenge is that in US, for that kind of premium property, you have to shell out north of $3M.

He usually sell properties in North West Indiana and Milwaukee.

But because the seller won't share my offer to the seller, me nor the agent knows what the seller wants.

You may be priced just right, or depending on how small/large the property is, and where in Scottsdale it is located (North versus South), you may have a price growth opportunity.
