Many corporations continue to migrate NA operations to Dallas due to its centralized U.S. hub location, lower cost of living, etc and don't see that trend continuing.

I registered w/Fundrise when I started researching crowdfunded CRE, but they've migrated their model to basically just offer "eREITS" rather than the option to invest in specific deals as the other platforms still do.

(I use tools to do this.)And, you can take the pulse of a market every 6 months to gauge where it might be going by following job growth, migration trends, major employer actions, affordability, etc.I don't buy purely on appreciation potential.
