It is definitely on our strike list. 

Some can strike on their own with little guidance.

There are several board members here that could give you a bit more granularity as that is their strike zone. 

They can simply not approve the sale...and just because there is another better offer doesnt mean they will approve a sale to that one either.Id say unless the bank has already approved a short sale ahead of time with a strike price, it is probably a waste of time to purse one these days.  

In this instance this woman has been a homeowner (and previously living in a new house) so there are two strikes against her liking being a renter and living in an older place.I do like the suggestion that, if she continues to be a royal pain in a low spot you either consider offering to let her buy your house (if you are interested in selling it) or offering her the "Happy Clause"; however, in doing the latter you'd have to return any unused rent.  

You'll be amazed at the deals you're able to strike because you tried when nobody else would.  

This strikes me more as an opportunity for you than as a problem.

My advice would be to get pre-approved, get a good realtor, and be ready to strike when a deal comes up. 

You don't really talk about real estate or what's going on in the community since you're playing a game, but eventually you'll strike a conversation with someone who knows a lot about the area as well.

If only there was some way to leverage these extreme benefits to a strike a deal.
