Some teachers do too, but kids really need to be exposed to the full menu to be prepared to make decisions.

@John HumphriesThey are there, but the "new" menu system seems to be malfunctioning.  

Also, when you @mention someone, do the @thenthe name when it comes up in the menu to the lower left, click on the name, it should insert it, hightlighed into the post, if not do it again.

Explore the "Learn" section (see menu at top of page), starting with the Free How-to Guides, especially the Ultimate Beginner's Guide to REI.

What happens is that you can hit the drop-down menu, but it won't let you select an option from there - it just sits there as if you haven't clicked anything.

John,Up at the top of your BP page is the analyze section - drop down menu gives house flip calculator/rental property calculator and wholesaling calculator...the rental property one is probably what you would want - it is awesome to use....check it out.... 

Go to the BP menu and click on the tab for Marketplace for deals in your area.

In the menu at the top of the website, hover over tools and the calculators will be grouped on the left.
