Hello All,I'm new to BP and wanted to introduce myself as well as hopefully get some advice since I am just in the beginning stages of pursuing REI.I work as an engineer and am currently enrolled in a MBA program at the local University.

I have a degree in finance and my MBA.  

I am also in the midst of completing my MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship.

I am a licensed Century 21 realtor in the New Orleans area with an MBA in finance from LSU.  

If he is determined to get his MBA/JD/MD one way or another perhaps you could just compare interest rates and terms.  

But in addition to finishing my undergrad degree, I was able to get my MBA in the evenings while working.
