I miss not having a feature request or roadmap presented so we know what we can expect in the future.Here is a list of our main issues:1) Maintenance.

How would you attack this deal?

They have a payments 3rd party website, but it's hard to find the link from their main website. 

Try calling the PM from a different phone number and also try the number on rental listings (if it is different from their main number).

While I don't want to focus on doing this as my main source of income (I still mainly want to do fix & flips and contract assignments), I wouldn't mind trying it, just to see if it's something that could work for me.  

Now my main issue is I need a fire detection system in a enclosed back porch that leads up to all three floors, but I don't know what's the minimum I would need to be compliant or that the fire marshall is suggesting what he wants or recommends.

The main thing is to stick with great location and premium properties.

At this stage, the main thing we need is for me to get back into the workforce and get some money coming in, in order to achieve that dream.With that in mind, my immediate goal is to gain employment in the field of property management, as opposed to wasting my time working in another field that is not associated with real estate.
