Most housing is built in block construction, even during the major downtown I can tell you I tried to sell my home last year and tons of lookers but I made a decision to rent and the renters came out of the wood work it was like hitting the lottery and being able to be very choosy as to whom I put into my home.

It is not unheard of for people who come into large sums, just look at the history with lottery winners.

For that area of CoA, Drew is a lottery school and they are districted for the nearby schools, but Kirkwood parents have really pushed and become involved and are making a huge difference in I believe its Coan or the name changed recently.

It is also possible to buy one lottery ticket in your entire life and have that one ticket be a $100 million power-ball winner.

I recommend you stick to buying entries to your real estate lottery, I think the rest of us will stick to using facts and figures.

I didn't win the lottery but I'm just happy to be doing something with my SD Roth IRA.

I prefer the slow and steady get rich, as compared to trying to win a lottery every month, but again some folks can do it. 

It seems more like I am buying an expensive lottery ticket and the cutoff time is not a real cutoff time at all.

perhaps buy 100000 lottery tickets if you're feeling lucky.....if the question revolves around whether better flipping opportunities exist???
