While I'm on the subject - something that really irritates me is when one of my clients is trying to do something and the other business party with whom my client is working (or trying to work) is leery about something and consults their attorney (that part is great - I encourage everyone to make well informed decisions).

I'm with ya on caulk.It irritates me to see people caulking and have it every where.I also can't stand it when people use 100% silicone and stands out like a sore thumb on the outside of the building.The window/siding guys I use are very conserative on caulk.

I get irritated though when folks fault someone for selling intellectual capital- be it coaching, consulting, or seminars, whatever...as long as it is transparent what you are paying, and what you will get in return, what's the issue?

One thing that irritates the most is a person who has a license and knows little more than nothing and then does not follow any of the ethics that they are supposed too.

And whether a quarterly estimate to send off, or a paycheck each month, the idea of sending off part of what is otherwise the project budget money is really irritating.
